A strategy consultancy working with organisations to connect purpose, strategy and capital - building the resilience to thrive across business, philanthropy, and civil society.
Resilience. Impact. Capital with purpose.

ABOUT US
A Capital Idea is a strategy consultancy that partners with organisations working toward a just, inclusive, and sustainable future — across business, philanthropy, and civil society.
We help leaders design purposeful strategies, navigate complexity, and build resilient organisations capable of driving meaningful social and environmental change. Our work is grounded in systems thinking, with a focus on aligning mission, values, and relationships to deliver long-term impact.
From shaping cross-sector strategy and reimagining business models, to clarifying purpose, strengthening accountability, and deepening stakeholder engagement. We work with purposeful leaders to clarify strategy, engage investors and donors, and build the capabilities needed for long-term value.
Our strength lies in bridging sectors and perspectives. Whether you're aligning strategy with sustainability goals, building collaborative initiatives, or rethinking how your organisation shows up in the world, we bring clarity, creativity, and deep cross-sector experience.
